a) Property damage insurance of nuclear installations from basic scope of insurance cover i.e. FLEXA (Fire, Lightning, Explosion, Aircraft) to All Risk insurance covers, with additional insurance of nuclear damages i.e. damages caused by:
- extremely high temperatures of uncontrolled nuclear reaction and/or
- radioactive contamination or activation
- This insurance is being concluded with accordance to General Insurance Conditions for Insuring Property Damage to Nuclear Facilities JPM 98
- This insurance cover could be extended to cover business interruption risk caused by the property damage insured. This insurance is being concluded with appropriate use of General Insurance Conditions for Insuring Property of Entrepreneurs VPPM 2005 and relevant Supplementary Insurance Conditions of Česká pojišťovna a.s. - leading insurer of the Czech Nuclear Insurance Pool.
- This insurance can be extended to All Risk Insurance
b) Engineering Insurances as follows:
- Electronic Equipment Insurance (EEI)
- Machinery Breakdown Insurance (MB)
- Contractors All Risk Insurance /Erection All Risk Insurance (CAR/EAR)
- The above insurances are being concluded with accordance to the General and Supplementary Insurance Conditions, listed hereunder, of Česká pojišťovna a.s. - leading insurer of the Czech Nuclear Insurance Pool.
- General Insurance Terms and Conditions for Property of Entrepreneurs VPPMP 2005
- Supplementary Insurance Conditions for Business Interruption Insurance of Entrepreneurs DPPPP 2
- Supplementary Insurance Conditions for Electronic Equipment Insurance of Entrepreneurs DPPEZ 2
- Supplementary Insurance Conditions for Machinery Breakdown Insurance of Entrepreneurs DPPST 2
- Supplementary Insurance Conditions for Construction-Erection insurance of Entrepreneurs DPPSM 2
c) Cargo Insurance of Nuclear Material
It deals with insurance of nuclear material in transit (fresh nuclear fuel, semi-finished products, substrates, emitters, equipment etc.)
Scope of Insurance can vary depending on the nature of transported material from very basic coverage to all risk coverage.
- The above insurances are being concluded with accordance to the General Insurance Terms for Insurance of Consignments in Transit VPPTZ 2005 and Supplementary Insurance Conditions of Česká pojišťovna a.s. - leading insurer of the Czech Nuclear Insurance Pool.
d) Property damage insurance for suppliers of nuclear installation operators (especially decontamination costs)
